IND-AUS 2nd Test Match begins at Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi

New Delhi: The Border-Gavaskar Trophy’s second test match began this morning at Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. Australia won the toss and opted to bat. Australia were 87 for 1 in 21 overs when reports last came in. Usman Khawaja and Marnus Labuschagne are at the crease. Mohd. Shami claimed the wicket of David Warner who scored 15.

In today’s match, the eleven from team India are Rohit Sharma (captain), KL Rahul, Cheteshwar Pujara, Virat Kohli, Shreyas Iyer, Ravindra Jadeja, KS Bharat (wicketkeeper), Axar Patel, Ravichandran Ashwin, Mohammed Shami and Mohammed Siraj.

From the Australia team, the eleven cricketers are David Warner, Usman Khawaja, Marnus Labuschagne, Steven Smith, Travis Head, Peter Handscomb, Alex Carey (wicketkeeper), Pat Cummins (captain), Todd Murphy, Nathan Lyon and Matthew Kuhnemann.

India easily won the first Test and they will be aiming for a 2-0 lead, while Australia will try to level the series. The Indian spinners dominated the first Test, where R Ashwin scalped eight wickets and Ravindra Jadeja grabbed seven.
