Kerala Couple Marries Donning Messi & Mbappe Jerseys  

Thiruvananthapuram: Argentina’s ace footballer Messi and France’s Mbappe may have clashed in the World Cup Football Final, but in Kerala, they were joined together by the rituals of marriage. A football enthusiast couple in Kerala got married wearing jerseys of Messi and Mbappe.

This unique marriage ceremony took place at Kochi after the World Cup Football Final, which was won by Argentina.

During the final match of the world cup, the groom Sachin R supported Argentina while the bride was a fan of the French football team. But the rivalry between the teams they supported did not mar their love in any way.

Sachin preferred to wear Messi’s no 10 jersey over his wedding attire. Athira also wore Mbappe’s jersey, which also has no 10 written on it.
