Srinagar: A terrorist hideout in Jammu and Kashmir’s Awantipora was busted by security forces on Monday. Four Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorists were arrested from the spot.
According to police sources, this secret terrorist den was located in the Hafoo Nageenpora forests of Awantipora on Monday during a joint operation. Along with the arrest of four LeT members, police have also seized incriminating materials and other items from the hideout.
Kashmir Zone Police, in a tweet, said that the operation was launched jointly by security forces.

A few days ago, two LeT terrorists were killed in an encounter near the district court complex in Budgam town in Jammu and Kashmir’s Budgam district. The slain terrorists were identified as Arbaaz Mir and Shahid Sheikh. Both had links with the Pulwama attack.
