Odisha Train Tragedy: Bahanaga Station Master Grilled By Railway Safety Commissioner Team

Balasore: The Railway Safety Commissioner team is currently interrogating the Bahanga Bazar Station Master SB Mohanty over the Coromandel train accident near the Bahanaga station of Balasore district.

According to reports, the Station Master SB Mohanty is being interrogated about the status of the signal.

On the other hand, the Railway Board has recommended the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe into the accident.

Worth mentioning, the tragic incident occurred on June 2 at around 7:00pm when the Coromandel Express, en route from Kolkata to Chennai, collided with the derailed coaches of the Yashwantpur-Howrah Superfast Express, travelling from Bengaluru to Kolkata.
