OMDC Employee’s Bullet-Riddled Body Found In Keonjhar

Keonjhar: A bullet-riddled body of Orissa Minerals Development Company Limited (OMDC) staff was found near Damuhating electric grid under Barbil police limits in Keonjhar district on Saturday.

The deceased has been identified as Dushansan Barik.

According to reports, Barik did not return home after his office on Friday. Later, the matter came to the fore after some locals spotted Barik’s body near the electric grid while two empty bullet shells were recovered from the spot this morning near the electric grid while two empty bullet shells were recovered from the spot this morning.

On being informed, Barbil police officials along with a forensic team reached the spot and started an investigation into the matter.
