One Held With Brown Sugar Worth Rs 1 Cr From Bhubaneswar Outskirts

Bhubaneswar: The Special Task Force have arrested a drug dealer with the seizure of more than 1 kg brown sugar.

The arrested has been identified as Suresh Kumar Mohapatra, of Podadiha village under Baghamari police limits in Khurda district.

Acting on a tip-off, police conducted a raid and arrested the drug dealer. The cops have also seized around 1.10 kg brown sugar from his possession. The estimated value of the seized contraband is around Rs 1 Crore, informed officials.
