Union Home Minister Amit Shah is coming to Odisha to visit Lord Lingaraj on the last Monday of Shravana

Bhubaneswar (Odisha Bhaskar): Union Home Minister Amit Shah is on a 2-day visit to Odisha from today. After reaching Bhubaneswar at 10 pm on Sunday, he will spend the night there. Since the 8th morning is the last Monday of the month of Shravana, Mr. Shah will visit Lord Lingaraj in the morning. Later, on the occasion of Amrit Mahostav, Netaji’s birthplace Cuttack will be visited and where Amit Shah will visit Netaji’s birthplace and garland his statue.

Later, he will participate in the program to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the daily news paper ‘Prajatantra’ organized at the Cuttack Indoor Stadium. After returning from there, he will meet the core committee members and officials at the state BJP office at 3 pm. BJP state president Sameer Mohanty informed about this. He will launch Digital India at 5 pm. He is scheduled to return to New Delhi from Bhubaneswar at 6:15 pm.

Keeping in view the visit of Mr. Shah, BJP has emphasized the preparation of the festival. The streets are filled with hoardings. On the occasion of 75 years of independence, Azadi Ka Amrit Mahostav and Tiranga yatra, Mr. Shah’s visit to Odisha has brought strong enthusiasm among the BJP workers. However, during the visit of Shah, the Commissionerate Police has informed that the security system will be tightened.
