Woman Kills Her Drunkard Son-in-Law

Mumbai: Irritated by the unruly abusive behavior of her drunkard son-in-law, a 58-year-old woman murdered him in Maharashtra’s Nagpur district. She was arrested a week after the incident.

The incident took place at Bazargaon village under Kondhali police station limits. The accused woman had allegedly crushed the victim to death by a boulder.

The deceased used to borrow money to drink and was also torturing his wife. During the interrogation, the arrested accused confessed that on December 27, the victim in an inebriated state had misbehaved with his wife and mother-in-law.

With an aim to end the plight of her daughter for all time, the accused woman had attacked her son-in-law with a boulder at an isolated place outside the village on the same day.

The body of the deceased was found the next day. Police investigation led to the arrest of his mother-in-law.
