Ganjam Woman Critical After Husband Shoots Her During Feud

Ganjam: After a reported shooting incident involving a woman and her husband in Ganjam, the woman’s condition is stated to be critical.

The event was reported from the Rasibadi village under the Badagada police jurisdiction in Ganjam on Tuesday.

The victim, identified as Parandi Patra, is currently battling for her life at the Aska Hospital, Ganjam.

According to sources, Patra and her husband got into a verbal altercation. Patra was the target of the enraged man’s gunshots. She thus suffered serious injuries to her shoulders and was taken directly to the hospital for treatment.

However, the local police did not respond to media queries and maintained that it is too early to reveal any case details.
