Abhishek Bachchan in Shoojit Sircar’s Upcoming Movie

Mumbai: Shoojit Sircar, who is remembered for his unique movies like ‘Piku,’ ‘Vicky Donor,’ and ‘October,’  is ready to captivate audiences once more with his newest project starring Abhishek Bachchan.

The first glimpse of the film was unveiled on Thursday, March 21. This upcoming film tells the story of an ordinary man’s life, with ample doses of humour and emotional resonance. Produced under Sircar’s debut production company, ‘Rising Sun Films,’ the film celebrates the essence of life.

The caption described the upcoming Abhishek Bachchan film as “Shoojit Sircar’s next is a heartwarming tale about ‘celebration of life’ in its everyday ordinary chaos! It is an emotional journey with an entertaining narrative about a father and daughter who rekindle their precious bond while they navigate through life’s challenges (sic).”

Shoojit Sircar has earlier directed Abhishek Bachchan’s father, superstar Amitabh Bachchan, in ‘Piku’ and ‘Gulabo Sitabo’. He last directed the critically acclaimed ‘Sardar Udham’, with Vicky Kaushal in the lead role.
