12-Hr Bandh in Titlagarh Demanding District Status

Titlagarh: Normal day-to-day life was disrupted in Titlagarh Sub Division in the Balangir district on Thursday because of a 12-hour bandh call given by Titlagarh District Action Committee.

This organization is demanding district status for the Titlagarh subdivision for the benefit of locals.

Because of this bandh call, all educational institutions and business establishments in the Titlagarh area remained closed. The bandh started from 6 am and will continue till 6 pm.

Vehicular traffic in the Titlagarh area also suffered because of this bandh.

Members of the Titlagarh District Action Committee held picketing in different parts of the town. Because of their demonstrations work in various government offices in Titlagarh was affected.
