15 Injured as OSRTC Bus Overturns in Boudh District

Boudh: At least 15 passengers were injured when an OSRTC bus overturned at Ranipather Ghat road near Kantamal of Odisha’s Boudh district on Wednesday morning.

According to reports, there were around 40 passengers on the bus when the accident occurred. This bus was traveling from Angul to Phulbani in the Kandhamal district.

The driver of the bus lost control of the steering wheel and hit a road divider, following which the vehicle overturned and fell into the Ranipathar Ghat. Over 15 passengers were injured in the accident.

Locals rescued the injured passengers and rushed them to the Purunakatak Community Health Centre (CHC).
