Ambani Family Contributes ₹2.51 Crore to Ayodhya Ram Mandir Trust

Ayodhya: The historic consecration ceremony of Ram Lalla in Ayodhya today witnessed not only spiritual fervour but also generous philanthropy. Among the prominent donors was the renowned Ambani family, pledging a significant contribution of ₹ 2.51 crore to the Ayodhya Ram Mandir Trust.

Mukesh Ambani, accompanied by his wife Nita, children Isha and Akash, and extended family, expressed their profound respect for the holy endeavour. “This sacred Ram Mandir in Ayodhya carries immense cultural significance for our nation,” the family stated.

Mukesh Ambani emphasized the historic importance of the day, referring to it as “Ram Diwali” for the entire country.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who performed the rituals, highlighted the event as the beginning of a new era, calling on people to contribute to building a strong, grand, and divine India for the next 1,000 years.

Antilia, the Ambani residence, was adorned with holograms reading ‘Jai Shri Ram’ and depicting diyas a day before the grand event. Reliance Industries declared a holiday to allow the Reliance family to join the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony.

The Ram Temple, built in the traditional Nagara style, features 392 pillars and 44 doors. The intricately sculpted pillars and walls showcase depictions of Hindu deities. The main sanctum sanctorum on the ground floor houses the childhood form of Bhagwan Shri Ram (the idol of Shri Ramlalla).
