At Least 20 killed, Several Injured In Collision Between 2 Trains in Bangladesh

Dhaka: A freight train collided with a passenger train in Bangladesh’s Kishoreganj district on Monday, killing at least 20 people and injuring several others.

The accident occurred around 3:30 PM local time in the Bhairab area, approximately 60 kilometers from the capital city, Dhaka.

Rescue teams are still searching for survivors, and the death toll is expected to rise. The cause of the collision is under investigation.
