Drunk Man Bites Off Father’s Nose Jajpur Dist, Arrested  

Jajpur: A person identified as Bibhuti Samal of Routrapur village under Jajpur Road police station limits was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly biting off his father’s nose and attacking two others in an inebriated condition on Sunday.

As per reports, Bibhuti arrived home in a completely drunk state on Sunday night and started abusing his neighbours. His father Shatrughna Samal tried to stop him. But this infuriated the inebriated son, who started beating Shatrughna.

Later Bibhuti overpowered Shatrughna and bit off his nose in anger. Two neighbours tried to rescue Shatrighna from the clutches of his son. They faced Bibhuti’s attack and were injured.

All three injured persons were admitted to Jajpur Road Community Health Centre (CHC) for treatment.

Getting information about the incident, local police registered a case and arrested Bibhuti.
