Former PM David Cameron Appointed Foreign Secy of Britain

British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak on Monday appointed former UK Prime Minister David Cameron as the foreign secretary of the country. He replaces James Cleverly, who was appointed interior minister.

Cameron made a surprise comeback through this government reshuffle.

Cameron was Britain’s Prime Minister from 2010 to 2016. He quit the post after losing the Brexit referendum.

British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak sacked interior minister Suella Braverman, one of his most senior ministers.

Rishi Sunak took this decision because of comments Braverman made a week back about the police’s handling of a pro-Palestinian march.
