Man Kills Granny & Chops Body into Pieces in Jagatsinghpur Dist

Jagatsinghpur: A man hacked his grandmother to death and cut her body into pieces at Gadegiri village in Jagatsinghpur district of Odisha.

The accused Sameer Sahu allegedly killed his grandmother Sakhi Lata Sahu with a knife and later separated her head and limbs from the body.

A minor girl and her mother were also seriously injured by the accused. Both injured were admitted to the Balikuda Hospital.

The accused Sameer Sahu was taken into custody by the personnel of the Balikuda police station.

Sameer is being interrogated to ascertain the reason behind his gruesome act. The accused has several criminal cases pending against him in different police stations.
