Ollywood Veteran Actor Chakradhar Jena No More

Bhubaneswar: Veteran Odia film actor Chakradhar Jena breathed his last at AIIMS Bhubaneswar on Monday.

He was undergoing treatment for lung-related ailment. He passed away while in the ICU.

Personalities of the Odia film industry have expressed their grief over the demise of this popular actor.

After passing out from the National School of Drama (NSD), Jena stepped into the Odia film industry in 1993 with the movie ‘Pathara Khasuchhi Bada Deulu’. He is remembered for his roles in Odia movies like ‘Mo Mana Khali Tumari Pain’, ‘Rana Bhumi’, ‘Sahara Jaluchi’, ‘Tu Mo Akhira Tara’, ‘To Bina Mo Kahani Addha’, ‘To Pain Nebi Mu Sahe Janama’, ‘Sanju Aau Sanjana’ and ‘Om Namaha Shivaya’.
