Pakistani Infiltrator Shot Dead by BSF at Punjab Border

New Delhi: A Pakistani intruder was shot dead by personnel of the Border Security Force along the international border in Punjab’s Tarn Taran district on Friday.

The BSF personnel guarding the border noticed suspicious movement by the intruder near Thekalan village on Friday morning.

Despite being cautioned by the BSF troop, the infiltrator did not stop and tried to enter India by crossing the border. Sensing a threat, the BSF personnel fired at him. He was killed on the on the spot.
