Teacher & His Son Involved in Fake Certificate Racket Arrested in Kalahandi Dist

Bhawanipatna: A teacher and his Dak Sevak son, who were running a fake certificate racket, were arrested by Bhawanipatna police in Kalahandi district.

The arrested persons were Padmanabh Mahananda of Goipita village under Bhawanipatna PS, and his son Prabhat Mahananda.

Padmanabh posted as a teacher of Sapsilet government primary school in Bhawanipatna, was allegedly selling fake certificates to job aspirants at a high price.

Padmanabh’s son Prabhat had also used fake certificates to get appointed as a Gramin Dak Sevak in the Department of Post.

The misdeed of the duo came to light during the verification of certificates submitted by Prabhat Mahananda.
