60000 Students from Odisha Appear in CBSE Board Exams Starting from Today

Bhubaneswar: Around 60,000 students from Odisha are going to appear in the 10th and 12th board exams of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) that started on Thursday. Around 39 lakh students from across the country are appearing for the CBSE board exams.

The exams will be conducted in only one sitting every day – from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. The students have been directed to reach the examination centers by 10 am.

The 10th board exams of the CBSE will end on March 13. The 12th board exams of the CBSE will continue till April 2. The CBSE has directed the students to reach their respective exam centres by 10 am.

The CBSE has decided that for students who are participating in national or international sports events or international olympiads and might not appear for their CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 exams (February-April), the board will conduct special exams later.
