WATCH: Arijit Singh Spotted At Salman Khan’s Apartment Ending 9-Year Old Feud

Mumbai: Singer Arijit Singh was recently seen at Bollywood superstar Salman Khan’s Galaxy apartments in Mumbai’s Bandra area. He was spotted sitting in the passenger seat of a multi-purpose vehicle, wearing a beige-coloured t-shirt. The video of this encounter was shared on social media, generating quite a buzz.

Interestingly, Arijit and Salman had a public feud in 2014 ago during an award function that Salman was hosting. Arijit, who won the Best Playback Singer award for his work in ‘Aashiqui 2,’ arrived late on stage due to the ceremony’s usual late-night schedule. This led to Salman mocking Arijit, to which the singer responded casually with, “Sir, aap log itna late kar dete hain.”

This incident strained their relationship, and Arijit attempted to mend things by apologizing to Salman through text messages, but he lost two film opportunities, including a chance in ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan.’ Additionally, his version of ‘Jag Ghoomeya’ in ‘Sultan’ was replaced by Rahat Fateh Ali Khan.

In 2016, Arijit publicly apologized to Salman on Facebook, but he later took down the post and remained silent on the matter. Surprisingly, Arijit’s career in the Hindi film industry continued to thrive despite the strained relationship with Salman.

Now, with Arijit being spotted at Salman’s residence, it seems that the two have finally buried the hatchet after nine years. There is speculation that they may collaborate on a project, possibly mediated by music composer Pritam Chakraborty, who has been Arijit’s mentor for nearly two decades and is currently composing the music for Salman’s upcoming film, ‘Tiger 3.’
