Kashmiri Terror Group Threatens Attack Over Distribution Of PMAY Flats To Non-Natives

Srinagar: In response to the government’s decision to distribute apartments to non-locals in Jammu and Kashmir, a banned terror outfit, the People’s Anti-Fascist Front (PAFF) has threatened to carry out terrorist strikes in Delhi and Jammu.

The Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) mission is supposed to allocate 336 flats to non-locals in the economically weaker section (EWS) and low-income group (LIG) on April 29, according to the Jammu and Kashmir Housing Board.

The PAFF, a Jaish-e-Mohammed front organisation that recently claimed responsibility for the Poonch terror attack that killed five soldiers, made the threat in a social media post.

In a statement, the terror group vowed to “kick illegal settlers out” by any means necessary. The PAFF declared that Jammu would become a “battleground” and that its “fighters will not only engulf Jammu but the sparks will spread to Delhi too.”

Last week, terrorists attacked a lone Army truck in the deep forest of Bhata Dhurian while it was transporting food for iftar to a local community. The truck caught fire, killing five troops and injuring one more. The Rashtriya Rifles regiment sent the soldiers to carry out counterterrorism activities.

Despite PAFF’s claim of responsibility, there were reports that the attack may have also been the work of the outlawed Lashker-e-Taiba.
