BSF Jawan Kills Self in J&K Following Wife’s Suicide in Rajasthan

Srinagar: A Border Security Force (BSF) personnel shot himself dead in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kupwara district after getting the news that his wife had committed suicide back home in Rajasthan. The couple had married eight months back.

The deceased was identified as head constable Rajendra Yadav posted in the Kupwara district. Recently he came to know that his wife, Anshu Yadav, had hanged herself in her house at Dheerpur village in Rajasthan on Tuesday.

Stressed by this news, the BSF jawan shot himself with his service revolver.

As per reports, Rajendra had fought on the phone with his wife before the wife took the drastic step.
