Earthquake Magnitude Of 4.4 Jolts Assam’s Sonitpur

Assam: An earthquake of magnitude 4.4 on the Richter scale struck Sonitpur today at 8:03 in the morning, the National Centre of Seismology reported.

The earthquake was located at a latitude of 26.68 and a longitude of 92.35 and occurred at a depth of 15 km, according to the National Centre of Seismology.

No casualties or damage has been reported yet.
