The Indian consulate in San Francisco was torched by some miscreants in the wee hours of Sunday morning. This incident of arson took place between 1:30 and 2:30 am, reported Diya TV.
Khalistani supporters were allegedly involved in this attack on the Indian consulate. It was their second attack on the consulate in five months. They had vandalized the consulate in March this year.
The TV channel shared a video of the arson stating that the video clip was released by the Khalistani supporters.

The fire could be quenched by San Francisco Fire Department. There were no reports of injuries.
US government strongly condemned this incident. Matthew Miller, the spokesperson for the US State Department said the US “strongly condemns” the vandalism and attempted arson.
“Vandalism or violence against diplomatic facilities or foreign diplomats in the U.S. is a criminal offense,” he added.
