Miscreants Loot ₹ 17.5 Lakh from Businessman in Phulbani

Kandhamal: Two bike-borne miscreants allegedly looted Rs 17.5 lakh from a businessman near a private bank in Phulbani of Odisha’s Kandhamal district.

The businessman was identified as Ashwini Patra. According to reports, the victim along with another man was on his way to the bank when the two miscreants came and snatched away around Rs 17.5 lakh from him near Axis Bank.

On being informed, police reached the spot and initiated to probe into the matter.
