Odisha CM Approves 45 New Fire Safety Posts for 3 Govt Medical Colleges

Bhubaneswar: Forty-five new posts in the Fire Services department were approved by Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Thursday. These new posts for fire safety personnel were sanctioned for three government medical colleges in the state.

SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack, MKCG Medical College and Hospital in Berhampur, and Burla VSS Medical College and Hospital in Sambalpur will benefit from the approval of new fire services posts.

The sanctioned new posts in the Fire Services department for these medical colleges and hospitals include three Station Officers, four Leading Firemen, three Havildars, three Fireman Driver, and 30 Firemen.
