Even after working for 40 years for life and livelihood, he is sitting on this idea because he is not recognized as a government employee. As he was not getting justice from the government when the job was only for one year, he appealed to the Bhadrak Forest Department office for his rights.

According to information, Forest Officer Niranjan Samal joined the Forest Department as a temporary employee in 1983. After working, now he is working as a boat driver. He could not get official recognition until the end of his employment. He warned the government to go on a hunger strike a few days after the government announced his permanent appointment.
