Tourist Found Hanging in a Hotel Room in Puri

Puri: A tourist was found hanging in a hotel room in Odisha’s Puri. The incident has come to the fore from a hotel near Puri Women’s College.

The deceased was identified as Anas VK. Reportedly, he was from Kerala.

According to reports, the tourist was hanging to the ceiling fan of the room. However, the reason behind the extreme step is yet to be ascertained.

On being informed, police reached the spot, recovered the body, and sent it for autopsy. A case was registered in this connection and the cops have started to probe into the matter.
