Ultimatum over, Noida Authority’s bulldozer to run over illegal construction of Omaxe Society

Noida: The authority’s bulldozer will run in Noida’s Sector-93B Grand Omaxe Society from today. The ultimatum given by the Noida Authority was completed on Thursday evening, but the people of the society have not removed their illegal constructions.

Noida Authority’s ACEO Praveen Kumar Mishra has already announced that if the society members do not remove their illegal constructions, they will be forcefully removed with the help of the police. A case has been registered against 70 people, including Mangeram Tyagi, for violating Section 144 and creating fear in the Omaxe Society for protesting and staging a sit-in in support of Shrikant’s wife Anu Tyagi.

The dispute about illegal constructions in Grand Omaxe Society has been ongoing since 2019. During that time, the Noida Author had given notices to the 93 flat owners to remove illegal constructions after surveying the illegal constructions done in the society. But the matter was later shelved and no action was taken against the illegal construction of any flat. Here, a case has been registered against 70 unidentified people including Mangeram Tyagi for protesting and staging a sit-in in support of Shrikant Tyagi’s wife Anu Tyagi in Omaxe SocietThe phase-2e-2 police station has named six people including Mangeram in this case. A case has been registered against them for violating section 144 and spreading fear.
