2 Youths Killed, Another Critical In Horrific Bike Collision In Odisha’s Koraput

Koraput: A tragic accident unfolded on National Highway 326 near Panchda village, Koraput district on Wednesday, leaving two youths dead and another critically injured. The incident occurred under the jurisdiction of Kakiriguma police station.

According to reports, two youths were travelling on a KTM bike towards Koraput when they collided head-on with a Pulsar motorcycle approaching from the opposite direction near Chowdhury Cross. The impact of the collision was severe, throwing all three individuals onto the road.

Sadly, the two young riders of the KTM bike were declared dead at the scene. The rider of the Pulsar motorcycle sustained grievous injuries and was rushed to Koraput Shahid Laxman Nayak Medical College by ambulance for immediate medical attention.

The identities of the deceased are yet to be ascertained by the authorities. Kakiriguma police have seized both vehicles involved in the accident. A thorough investigation has been initiated to determine the cause of the collision.

The bodies of the deceased have been sent for post-mortem examination.
