Bhubaneswar: In honour of the consecration of the Ram Lalla idol at Ayodhya Ram Mandir on January 22, all government offices in Odisha will remain closed for half a day. This decision extends to state government offices, revenue, and magisterial courts (executive), with closure continuing until 2:30 pm to mark the celebration of Ram Lalla Pran Pratistha at Ayodhya.

A notification issued by the Revenue and Disaster Management department today outlined the closure of state government offices and revenue and magisterial courts until the specified time on January 22 (Monday). This move aligns with the joyous occasion of the consecration ceremony.
