IPL 2024 Opening Ceremony: AR Rahman, Sonu Nigam, Akshay Kumar & Tiger Shroff All Set To Enthral Audience

Chennai: The highly anticipated opening ceremony of the 2024 Indian Premier League (IPL) is set to dazzle fans at Chennai’s Chepauk Stadium this evening. With a star-studded lineup including Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, AR Rahman, and Sonu Nigam scheduled to perform, excitement is reaching fever pitch.

Due to the grandeur of the opening ceremony, the toss originally slated for 7:00 PM IST has been rescheduled to 7:30 PM IST, with the first innings set to commence at 8:00 PM IST. The ceremony will kick off at 6:30 PM IST.

With AR Rahman and Sonu Nigam slated to perform popular Bollywood hits, the ceremony promises a captivating display. The entire show, including performances by Akshay and Tiger, is estimated to last approximately 30 minutes.
