3 Killed, 26 Injured as Bus With SAF Jawans Hits Car & Overturns in Madhya Pradesh

Bhopal: Three persons died and 26 others were injured when a bus transporting Special Armed Forces (SAF) jawans overturned after hitting a car in Madhya Pradesh’s Seoni district at the wee hours on Saturday.

The accident occurred at around 1 am near Dhanagadha village on the Seoni-Mandla State Highway.

Personnel of Madhya Pradesh police’s 35th Battalion of SAF were travelling from Mandla to Pandhurna in this bus.

The bus collided with a car with five passengers. The deceased of this accident were Kanhaiya Jaswani (75), Niklesh Jaswani (45) and driver Purushottam Mahobia (37) who were travelling in the car. The victims were inhabitants of Mandla. They were returning from Nagpur.

A total of 26 SAF jawans were injured in this accident.
