Armed Masked Men Fire at Youth in Sundargarh Dist

Rourkela: Two unidentified masked miscreants fired at a youth in Bisra police station limits of Odisha’s Sundargarh district on Saturday.

The victim was identified as Irfan Raza Khan, a pick-up van driver. Seriously injured Raza was admitted to Rourkela government hospital.

As per reports, two bike-borne masked miscreants shot at Raza while he was talking with his neighbours at a slum near Bisra ITI. A bullet pierced Raza’s chest and he collapsed. The accused managed to escape from the spot.

Police have reached the spot to start an investigation to track down the assailants.
