Baby Looking Like Lord Ganesha Born in Rajasthan, Dies After 20 Minutes

Jaipur: A woman from the Alwar district gave birth to a baby at a hospital in Dausa of Rajasthan, whose face was just like Lord Ganesha’s. The baby had a trunk like that of the elephant god and several other unusual body features as well.

This baby boy with the rare look was born at 9.30 pm on July 31. As the news floated out, a large crowd gathered up to have a glimpse of the “divine” newborn.

But the child died only 20 minutes after birth.

According to medical experts, such unusual and rare deformity occurs due to genetic abnormalities. In some cases, babies are born with such alien-like features due to chromosomal disorders.
