Bengal Youth Smuggling Ganja in Body Wrap Nabbed in Koraput

Koraput: A 24-year-old youth named Dulhan Khan from West Bengal’s Bardhaman district was arrested by Koraput police,w while he was trying to smuggle out over 28 Kg of ganja. He was nabbed during raids at Badadebata square under Padua police station limits in Odisha’s Koraput district on Monday morning.

The accused had wrapped 8-9 kg of marijuana around his torso by using sticky tapes. Another stock of 20 kg contraband was seized from his travel bag.

Khan was apprehended while he was waiting to board a bus. According to the initial investigation, this man from Mondalpara under Katwa police limits in West Bengal’s Bardhaman district was planning to smuggle the marijuana to Bangladesh through the West Bengal borders.
