Black Marketeering of Rs 2500 WC Ticket for Rs 11000, One Arrested in Kolkata  

Kolkata: A man was arrested in Kolkata for black marketeering ICC Cricket World Cup India vs South Africa match tickets worth Rs 2,500 for Rs 11,000 each.

The arrested person was identified as Ankit Agarwal. Kolkata Police seized 20 tickets for the match from him.

This match between India and South Africa will be played at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata on November 5.

The November 5 match will decide which team will finish higher in the points table.

Rohit Sharma-led Men in Blue are currently sitting pretty at the top of the points table having won all six group games in the tournament so far, whereas South Africa are second with five wins.

According to the format of the World Cup, the team which finishes top of the table will face the team which finishes fourth, in the semifinals.

India will face Sri Lanka in Mumbai on Thursday, November 2.

The Proteas will face fellow top-four hopefuls New Zealand on Wednesday, November 1.
