Odisha Govt Employees to Submit Annual Property Statement by Jan 31

Bhubaneswar: As per a directive of the Odisha government, all its employees will have to submit their annual property statements for 2023 by January 31.

In a letter to all heads of departments of the government, RDCs and district collectors, the General Administration and Public Grievances department has notified that all government employees from Group D to Group A should submit their updated property statements for the year 2023 through HRMS portal by January 31.

“The employees have to submit complete information regarding their assets, including movable and immovable, and the value thereof online through the HRMS portal as per Odisha Government Servants Conduct (Amendment) Rules-2021,” stated the letter.

Sashank Sekhar Dash, additional secretary of the General Administration and Public Grievances department, also asked the heads of the departments, RDCs and district collectors to sensitise the employees under their jurisdictions to submit the property statement as per the guidelines.
