Youth Arrested for Kidnap & Molestation of 2-Yr-Old Girl in Koraput Dist

Koraput: A youth identified as Ghanshyam Goud (23) was arrested by the personnel of the Jeypore Mahila police station on Sunday for allegedly kidnapping and molesting a two-year-old girl from Balaput village clubhouse in Odisha’s Koraput district.

The accused is an inhabitant of the Kusumguda area under B. Singhpur police station limits in Koraput district.

Acting on a complaint regarding the abduction of a minor girl, the personnel of the Jeypore Mahila police station managed to rescue the toddler from Balaput village clubhouse and also arrested the accused.

The minor and the accused underwent a medical examination. The rescued child was handed over to her family members.
