10 Bikes Gutted in Fire Accident in Excise Office in Dhenkanal

Dhenkanal: At least 10 bikes were charred in a fire accident at the Excise Office of Kamakhya Nagar in Dhenkanal on Tuesday night.

The excise officials posted in Kamakhyanagar were out on a raid when the fire accident occurred. It is suspected that a short circuit could have led to the blaze.

No casualty or injury of any person was reported.

Receiving information, the local fire brigade rushed to the spot and put down the fire.

According to sources, the bikes reduced to ashes in the fire, were seized by the excise officials during raids in the past.
