24X7 Const Work at Ayodhya Ram Temple, To Open Partially for Devotees in Jan 2024

Ayodhya: Non-stop 24X7 construction work has been taken up for the Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya to ensure that the construction work is complete by January 2024.

The management of the trust is planning to use 1050 more workers in addition to the 550 workers working now. Instead of 18 hours a day of work taken up earlier in different shifts, now it will be non-stop 24X7 work.

Construction work is in full swing as the consecration ceremony of the temple will be held in January 2024. The priority is to ready the ground floor by December and make it ready for the consecration ceremony.  The work on the first floor has begun and its main structures and pillars will be completed by January. In January, it will also be partially open for the people to pay a visit to the temple. However, entry to the first floor will not be possible till March 2024.
