Another Blast Rocks Amritsar’s Heritage Street Near Golden Temple; One Injured

Amritsar: Another explosion rocked the holy city of Amritsar on Monday. This blast occurred on Heritage Street on the way to the Golden Temple. As per reports, one person was injured in this blast. According to Punjab police, this blast happened at around 6.30 am. The police and forensic teams rushed to the spot for investigation.

On Saturday night, a similar mysterious blast in the same area had left six persons, including tourists, injured and led to panic. The incident occurred around midnight when the tourists and devotees were strolling on Heritage Street. The explosion occurred near a parking lot in front of Saragarhi Sarai.
