Shiv Sena (UBT) Gets Another Jolt, Neelam Gorhe Joins Shinde’s Shiv Sena

Mumbai: Maharashtra’s Shiv Sena (UBT) faced a major shock on Friday as its senior leader and Deputy Chairperson of Maharashtra Legislative Council Dr. Neelam Gorhe joined the Shiv Sena led by Eknath Shinde. Dr. Gorhe’s defection follows Shiv Sena (UBT) spokesperson Dr. Manisha Kayande joining the Shiv Sena led by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, three weeks back.

Maharashtra CM Shinde, Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis and other senior leaders welcomed Dr. Gorhe to the Shiv Sena.

Since past few months there were speculations about Dr. Gorhe changing her political colours. But Shiv Sena (UBT) top brass, including Leader of Opposition Ambadas Danve, had strongly denied stoutly denied any such possibility.
