Ahmedabad: Opening batter of Team India, Shubman Gill reached Ahmedabad on Wednesday night ahead of the much-awaited World Cup clash against Pakistan on Saturday.
When the star batter landed in Ahmedabad late on Wednesday, he was being escorted out of the airport by the security personnel.

Gill missed India’s first two games because of dengue. As he is recovering after being discharged from the hospital, it is not clear, if the 24-year-old opener will be in the playing eleven.
India defeated Australia in Chennai on Sunday and also won over Afghanistan with ease in their second match on Wednesday in Delhi.
Gill wasn’t with the team to Delhi as he was still recovering from dengue fever.
