President Murmu’s School Experiences 5G Demo

Mayurbhanj:  A school in Pahadpur, the native village of President Draupadi Murmu in the Mayurbhanj district of Odisha, became one of the first sites to witness the live use case demo of the latest 5G technology launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi today.

The much anticipated 5G services will soon be rolled out at the SLS Memorial Residential Scholl, which Murmu built in Pahadpur village, in honour of her deceased husband and two sons. This is one of the four places to be chosen for the live use case demo of the newest cellular technology.

With the launch of 5G services, communications will be highly dependable, with seamless coverage, high data speed, and low latency.

Meanwhile, The India Mobile Congress (IMC) is scheduled to be held from today (October 1) to October 4. The theme of the event is “New Digital Universe”.
