TPNODL Wins Gold In Excellent Implementation In Change Management

Balasore: TP Northern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPNODL), the joint venture between Tata Power and the Government of Odisha for power distribution has been awarded gold in excellence in change management amongst various organizations across India.

The company has been recognised for implementing change management in the organization for achieving growth of people, business and organisation.

The Chief Executive Officer of TPNODL, Bhaskar Sarkar has also been awarded GOLD in the People Focussed CEO of the year category of the second edition of the Economic Times Human Capital Award. Mr Sarkar was felicitated for his tremendous contribution for focusing the round development of people.

CEO Bhaskar Sarkar and Chief Human Resource and Admin Sriballv Singh received the award in along with Chittaranjan Pradhan, Sampurna Mohanty and Seshadev Panda from the HR team. The event which was organised on 2^nd of this month at Hyatt Regency, Gurugramwitnessed the participation of more than 500 companies across the country.

TPNODL will be completing 2 years and in such a short span the company has bagged several awards for its achievements across various categories.
