The Indian Premier League (IPL) will be implementing a new Smart Replay System for the 2024 season, aiming to improve the accuracy and speed of on-field review decisions.

This system grants the TV umpire direct access to Hawk-Eye operators throughout the review process. These operators will provide real-time analysis from eight strategically placed Hawk-Eye cameras around the ground, offering a wider range of visuals than previously available.
