Biden’s Uncle Eaten Away by Cannibals After Being Shot down During World War II !

US President Joe Biden on Wednesday claimed that his uncle, Ambrose Finnegan, was eaten away by a group of cannibals during World War II.

According to Biden, his uncle Ambrose Finnegan, who served in the military, was shot down in an area “having a lot of cannibals” over New Guinea during World War II.

Biden made this statement after visiting a war memorial in his hometown Scranton in Pennsylvania. He paid homage to Finnegan, whose body was never recovered after his plane went down, The New York Post reported.

Finnegan flew single-engine planes over New Guinea. He got shot down in an area where there were a lot of cannibals in New Guinea at the time, Biden told reporters in Scranton.

Some parts of his plane were found at the spot. But his body was never located.

Finnegan’s plane faced the mishap off the north coast of New Guinea for “unknown reasons” on May 14, 1944.

“Both engines failed at low altitude, and the aircraft’s nose hit the water hard. Three men failed to emerge from the sinking wreck and were lost in the crash. One crew member survived and was rescued by a passing barge. An aerial search the next day found no trace of the missing aircraft or the lost crew members,” said a statement.

The statement also said that Ambrose Finnegan, who was in the US Army Air Forces from Pennsylvania, was a passenger on the plane and his remains were never recovered, and still unaccounted for.
